Great article suggestion, and definitely a reminder we all need as we dive in to Social Media.

The biggest to remember with Social Media is that, because it is free/cheap, you MUST give it value with what you put in it, and you can’t ever let it run on “autopilot.” Stay consistent, understand the effort that must be put in it, and you will see the rewards.

Agreed. You have to stay consistent. When someone says, “I don’t have time for social media,” that is the same thing as putting it on autopilot. It’s gonna happen, whether you like it or not. So you might as well get on board.
