Twitter Tips for Corporate Accounts

A recent study by Ignite Social Media about corporate Twitter accounts shows some interesting results. Apparently, you don’t have to post often, as long as your posts are meaningful.  It is more important for corporate accounts to reply to followers and address their questions, concerns, issues, blah, and blah.
